Acknowledgment and Agreement:

I understand, acknowledge, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions prescribed by Abhinay Manch Acting Academy (here in after referred to as “Academy”) for students. I acknowledge that the Academy has the authority to take legal action against me for non-compliance, including fines and/or suspension.

Attendance Requirement:

For courses awarding a Certification, 75% attendance is mandatory. If my attendance falls short, the Academy will not award the Certification, and I will be excluded from final performances or evaluations. Absences due to personal, medical, or other emergencies must be limited to the 25% permissible window.

Session Timings:

Sessions will start as scheduled. If I am late or absent, I understand the trainer will proceed without repeating missed content. I must consult classmates to catch up, as no make-up classes will be provided.

Behavior and Conduct:

I will not participate in any activity that could harm the Academy’s brand image, goodwill, peace, and tranquility.

Intellectual Property:

The copyright of content, recorded audio, video, and any material created by or with me during my time at the Academy belongs to the Academy. The Academy has all rights to use such material for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes. I agree to the Academy’s Privacy Policy.

Ragging and Harassment:

I will not indulge in or support ragging in any form. The Academy has the right to take legal action, suspend, or penalize me if I am involved in such activities.

Health and Medical Responsibility:

I confirm that I do not suffer from any serious/contagious ailment or psychiatric/psychological disorder. I have consulted a doctor and have their approval to participate in all activities. The Academy is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or mental damage. It is my responsibility to insure myself against medical costs. The Academy will not accept any liability in this regard.

Admission Cancellation:

My admission may be canceled if I am found ineligible or if the information provided by me is incorrect or falsified.

Fee Policy:

The fees paid for the course are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Delayed fee payments and bounced cheques are my responsibility. The Academy can fine or suspend me for non-payment. A penalty of Rs. 500 per day will be charged for late payments up to a maximum of 3 days. Beyond this, I will not be allowed to attend classes until all dues are paid.

Prohibited Activities:

Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, drugs, smoking, chewing gum, and pan-masala is strictly prohibited on campus. Violations will result in expulsion and reporting to authorities.

Device Policy:

Mobile phones and communication devices must be switched off on Academy premises. Violators will have their phones confiscated and returned after paying a penalty of Rs. 500.

Dress Code:

I agree to dress appropriately and decently while on Academy premises.

Updates and Notices:

I will keep myself updated on Academy activities and abide by all communications on the notice board or website.

Respect and Courtesy:

Disrespect to guests, faculty, and staff will be considered indiscipline, resulting in expulsion and fines.

Personal Belongings:

I am responsible for my personal belongings. The Academy will not accept any liability for loss.

International Students:

If I am an international student, I am responsible for procuring the appropriate visa and completing necessary government formalities.

Property Damage:

I am responsible for any loss or damage to Academy property caused by me and agree to compensate for it.

Rule Changes:

The Academy may alter rules at appropriate times. It is my responsibility to stay updated.

Sexual Harassment and Ragging:

Anyone found indulging in sexual harassment or ragging will be expelled and reported to authorities. Contact the management for the POSCO representative's details.

Views and Opinions:

Views and opinions expressed by students, artists, and performers are their own and do not represent the Academy. The Academy is not liable for any claims arising from students' actions or expressions.

Intellectual Property Violation:

The Academy is not responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights arising from student or artist performances.

Waiver and Release:

After reading and understanding these terms, I agree to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, RELEASE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Abhinay Manch Acting Academy, its trainers, officers, agents, employees, organizers, and representatives from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, actions, or claims arising from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, sustained by me or my property while participating in Academy activities.
